What an awesome establishment! A free car wash your first time! You can’t beat that! My car came out beautifully clean! Plus free vacuums, air gun, and rags to dry of your car! Thank you so much Sam’s you earned yourself a new member! 100% recommend!

I signed up for this car wash only a few weeks ago, and now my brand new car has scratches after being washed here. I first went back because a previous wash left visible residue all over my glass, even after I wiped it down myself. An employee saw the issue and acknowledged it, but after the next wash, he suddenly claimed he did not see anything. I was simply asking what may have caused it and was open to an honest explanation. Instead, I got poor customer service and no real accountability. I canceled my membership on the spot, and that was handled faster than my actual concern. When I got home and looked over the car, I noticed scratches after the wash. For a brand new car, that is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place. On top of that, the all purpose cleaner they use seems cheap and should not be used on cars like this. The cloths also leave lint on the car, which is completely unacceptable. A car wash should not leave behind residue, lint, and now scratches on a brand new vehicle.

I went to Sam’s Car Wash in Frederick with my red Chevy Silverado, and the service was great. My truck came out looking spotless, and the customer service was excellent—friendly, professional, and efficient. happier with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them.

Great car wash, quick service and they restock clean towels and remove dirty towels regularly. Great spot tucked away from all the traffic and very clean. Would definitely recommend and plan to come back soon! Also vacuums have great suction, which is crucial to a great clean!

Great experience here. I was greeted warmly by an employee who asked if it was my first time there or not and he told me about the options and memberships. He was very friendly. I went through the wash which looked very well maintained and clean. I was in a rush but I stopped really quick to vacuum and there were plenty of clean towels, a spray with cleaner, mat cleaner and more. Unlike some other similar competitors, what I appreciated here was how clean and organized everything look and how nice the people were. It wasn't crowded and the trash bins weren't overflowing. My car came out looking great! I will definitely be back! ** If your car is filthy and clearly hasn't been washed in awhile, don't expect ANY quick car wash to get it looking absolutely perfect on one pass. Be reasonable with your expectations.
